How to order from AG Exquisite Treats: Shopee or WhatsApp, delivery, PayNow and meet-ups
AG Exquisite Treats is a Singapore-registered online shop for Malaysian and Thai coffee, tea, snacks and drinks. There are two ways to buy, and both end with the same products at your door.
Option 1 — Shopee
Every product page has a Buy on Shopee button that opens the exact listing in our Shopee store. You pay through Shopee (ShopeePay, cards, vouchers), get Shopee Guarantee and tracking, and delivery is by Shopee's courier — usually next day for in-stock items.
Best for: first-time buyers, voucher users, anyone who wants the marketplace protection.
Option 2 — Direct on WhatsApp
Message +65 9678 7661 (or use the order form) with the product and quantity. We reply with the total and arrange:
- Delivery island-wide by courier — delivery charge quoted with your order.
- Meet-up at an agreed MRT station or location, no delivery charge.
- Payment by PayNow, or cash on delivery / meet-up.
Best for: repeat customers, larger quantities, and anyone who prefers to talk to a person. Direct orders avoid marketplace fees, so we can sometimes offer a better price — ask.
Pre-orders and out-of-stock items
Products marked Restocking are between batches. You can pre-order them on WhatsApp; we deliver when the next batch arrives from Malaysia or Thailand, and confirm the price and delivery date with you before anything is charged.
Bulk and corporate orders
From 20 packs (mix and match), we bring stock in to order and deliver in one go, typically 7–10 days from confirmation. Invoices available for company claims. See bulk pre-order.
When we are away
If the shop owner is travelling, the site shows a banner with the return date. Orders still go through — you get an email confirmation and we deliver from the return date.
